2026 Mompreneur Checklist
2026 Mompreneur Roadmap
Take a Professional and Personal Inventory
If you’re building a business while raising kids, you already know this isn’t a “cute side hustle.” It’s real work, real risk, and real ambition — often squeezed into nap times, school pickups, and late nights. The problem? Most advice for new entrepreneurs wasn’t built for moms. It assumes unlimited time, energy, and margin. This 2026 Emerging Mompreneur Checklist is different. It’s designed to help you focus on what actually matters right now so you can build momentum without burning out or spinning your wheels.
Finances
Get crystal clear on how much money you can financially commit to your new business.
◯ Total up your savings across all accounts.

◯ Decide how much of the excess will go to savings vs startup costs.
◯ Budget monthly startup costs and determine if you need to look elsewhere for cash flow (crowdfunding, investors, family support, etc.).
